Description : The Indian Spot-billed Duck is a large duck with a bicoloured bill (adult bird length approximately 61 cm, weight 1.4 kg, wing 26.5 cm, bill 5.7 cm, tarsus 4.7 cm, tail 13 cm). it has a broad black eye-stripe running from the bill through the eye. It has two reddish spots in front of the eye. It breeds in July-October.
