Description : White-eyed Buzzard is a medium-sized greyish-brown raptor with prominent white eyes.It looks greyish-brown from above and barred brown and white from below.Its bill is black on the tip,white or pale yellow irises and dingy orange-yellow legs and feet.Both sexes look alike and the juvenile is paler on its underside than the adult. The breeding season of them occurs from February to May. Their nest is a loose platform of twigs, similar to that of a crow, and is sometimes placed in a leafless tree. The typical clutch size consists of three unspotted, white eggs. Both male and female eagles participate in nest-building and feeding the young. However, it is the female who takes on the responsibility of incubating the eggs alone for approximately 19 days until they hatch.
