Description : The Slender-billed Vulture is the heaviest resident bird of Bangladesh (adult bird length approximately 92 cm, weight about 6 kg, wing 60 cm, bill 6.7 cm, tarsus 9.2 cm, tail 24.5 cm). Its body is pale brown with a lighter belly, white feathered legs and a white neck-ruff. Head region contains ash-coloured bare skin. It breeds in November-March.
