Description : Long-tailed Minivet is a small bird where the male is mainly scarlet and the female looks yellowish in color.Male:glossy black from above and scarlet from below.Female:grey from above and yellow from below.Both sexes have brown irises,small black bill,leg and feet.The juvenile has browner upperparts and brown bars on its underparts. It is typically found in natural habitats such as subtropical or tropical forests with moist lowlands or mountains.
