Description : Male birds are identified by their deep pink/light red wings and tail, while females have an olive/olive yellow rump in contrast to the bright yellow rump of other minivet species. Both males and females have a grey upper body. Their preferred habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, as well as subtropical or tropical moist montane forests.
