Description : Large Wood-shrike is a grey bird having a broad band through the eyes.The male bird is grey-brown above and pale pinkish-grey below.The female is distinguished by its grey-brown upper part and pale horny-brown bill. This species is commonly found in various types of forests, including temperate forests, subtropical or tropical lowland and montane forests, as well as mangrove forests.
