Description : The Indian Spotted Eagle is a medium, chocolate-brown raptor with long legs and broad wings (adult bird length approximately 64 cm; wing: 48 cm, tarsus 10.2 cm; tail 24 cm). The adult looks entirely blackish-brown. It feeds on rodents, frogs, lizards, fishes and birds.
