Description : The Pale-billed Flowerpecker is a tiny plain olive-grey passerine of the treetops with a pale bill (length 8 cm, weight 6.3 g, wing 4.8 cm, bill 1.2 cm, tarsus 1.2 cm, tail 2.4 cm approximately). The upperparts are greyish-olive, slightly darker on the wings and tail. Its underparts are pale greyish merging into the head and with a variable yellowish-buff wash. It has hazel irises, thin curved pale flesh bill, and dark slaty legs, feet and claws. The male and the female look alike. It feeds mainly on berries of parasitic plants (mistletoes). It breeds in January-September.
