Description : White‑cheeked Partridge is a small size bird with white cheek, (adult bird length approximately 28cm. & weight 255gm).Adult bird has grey color on forehead and black stripe with light brown color present on back side. It is found inhabiting dense undergrowth in primary and secondary evergreen forest; this sometimes includes adjacent areas of scrub, bamboo, grassland and cultivated land.
