Description : Crow‑billed Drongo is a stocky,glossy black bird with a heavy bill.It is entirely glossy black in color along with widely splayed tail tip which is not too deeply forked.It has extensive rictal bristles,deep brown irises,stout black bill and black legs and claws.The juvenile has a brownish-black back along with white spots on the belly and breast having ashy-grey flanks. It is an agile and active bird that feeds on insects, often catching them in mid-air. The species is generally found in forested areas, from lowland rainforests to montane forests, and is known for its melodious and varied vocalizations. The conservation status of the Crow-billed Drongo is currently listed as Least Concern
