Description : Red-breasted Parakeet is a grass-green bird with plum-red throat and breast.The upperparts and underparts both are grass-green in color.The male has an lilac-grey crown and ear coverts where it has bicolored bill,yellowish irises and yellowish-slate legs and feet.But the female has a black bill.
