Description : The Greater Adjutant is a tall bald-headed wading bird with a pink pouch-like balloon hanging from its neck (adult bird length approximately 130 cm, wing 81 cm, bill 33.2 cm, tarsus 32 cm, tail 32.2 cm, pouch 25-35 cm). It has a featherless head and neck. It feeds on carrion and carcass, fish, frogs, snakes, lizards and crabs.
