Description : The Grey Nightjar is a grey-brown night bird with a small white throat-band (adult bird length approximately 32 cm, wing 20 cm, tail 21.5 cm). The male looks grey-brown from above and dark grey-brown from below. It feeds on flying bugs, moths, beetles and other winged-insects. It is more active at dusk. It breeds in March-June.
