Description : The Pacific Swift is a small blackish-brown bird with a scally belly, long wings and forked tail (adult bird length approximately 15 cm, wing 15.3 cm, bill 0.7 cm, tarsus 1 cm, tail 6.8 cm). It has black bill and deeply forked tail. It feeds on flying termites and other insects in the air. Its flight is fast and graceful.
