Description : Mangrove Pitta is a multi-colored bird with a strong bill,stub-tail and a redddish vent.It looks blue-green from above and buff from below which has dark-brown irises,stout-black bill and dark flesh colored legs and feet.Both sexes looks alike and the juvenile is brownish-green above and dull brownish-buff below.
