Description : Upperside of forewing with three colours: a black apex, an orange median area and a deep blue base. Upperside of the hindwing is mostly blue but is diffused with brown patches. Underside of both pair of wings resembles a pale brown or yellow dried leaf. Female butterflies are larger than males.
