Description : Silond catfish got an elongated and compressed body.Terminal mouth present with a pair of maxillary barbels.They have dusky-green back and silvery abdomen.Their dorsal fin present with weak spine. They frequently encountered in estuaries and rivers. This species is carnivorous and known for its voracious appetite. Its primary breeding activity occurs in estuaries during the rainy season.
