Description : Day's Mystus is a elongate and compressed bodied fish.Mouth terminal.Large adipose fin.Caudal fin forked.Leaden above and yellowish beneath.Presence of a dark band along the lateral line.Greyish white fins. Attains a length of 15.5 cm in total length. It Inhabits freshwater environments, including rivers, canals, khals, beels, and other freshwater bodies in Bangladesh.
