Description : These mice can grow up to 20 centimeters in length, including their long tails, which make up about two-thirds of their total length.
The fur of Asiatic long-tailed climbing mice is typically brown or grey-brown, with a lighter-colored belly.
These mice are omnivorous, feeding on a variety of foods including insects, fruits, and seeds.
Asiatic long-tailed climbing mice are arboreal, meaning they are adapted to living in trees. They are excellent climbers and have a prehensile tail that helps them grip branches. They are also nocturnal and are active at night.
Female Asiatic long-tailed climbing mice can give birth to litters of up to 7 pups at a time. They are able to breed throughout the year.
The Asiatic long-tailed climbing mouse is not currently considered to be a threatened species. However, habitat loss and fragmentation may pose a threat to some populations.
