Description : নেপালি ঈগল বড় আকারের বাদামি রঙের শিকারি পাখি। পাখিটির চোখের দিকে লালচে অংশ লক্ষণীয়(পূর্ণ বয়স্ক পাখির দৈর্ঘ্য প্রায় ৭৮ সেমি, ওজন ৩.৬ গ্রাম, ডানা ৫৫ সেমি পর্যন্ত হতে পারে)প্রাপ্ত বয়স্ক পাখির দেহের উপরের দিক গাঢ় বাদামি রঙের তবে নিচের দিক কিছুটা হাল্কা রঙের হয়। এরা ছোট স্তন্যপায়ী, পাখি, সরীসৃপ, পোকামাকড় শিকার করে খায় তবে শীতকালে মৃত জীবজন্তুর অঙ্গসমূহের অভ্যন্তরীণ অংশ(পাকস্থলি, নাড়ীভুঁড়ি) খেতে পারে।
