Description : ভুবন চিল একটি দীর্ঘ গাড় বাদামী রঙের পাখি যার দীর্ঘতর কাঁটাযুক্ত লেজ এবং ডানার নীচের অংশে একটি সাদা প্রাথমিক প্যাচ রয়েছে।প্রাপ্তবয়স্কদের একটি কালো রঙের চঞ্চু,বাদামী আইরিস এবং ফ্যাঁকাসে হলুদ পা ও চরণযুগলের সাথে এদের দেহ গাড় রুক্ষ-বাদামী বর্ণ দেখায়।উভয় লিঙ্গ একই রকম দেখতে এবং কিশোরের মাথার ও পেটে বিস্তৃত হিটিশ বা বাফিশ রেখা থাকে।
