Description : ধলা কাপাসি/ মাঠ চিল কম ওজনের শিকারি পাখি।(পূর্ণ বয়স্ক পাখির দৈর্ঘ্য প্রায় ৪৮ সেমি, ওজন ৩০০ গ্রাম, ডানা ৩৫ সেমি পর্যন্ত হতে পারে) স্ত্রী পাখি ও পুরুষ পাখির মধ্যে পার্থক্য বিদ্যমান। পুরুষ পাখির দেহের উপরের দিক হাল্কা ধূসর, নিচের দিক সাদা রঙের হয়। এরা ঘাসফড়িং, গিরগিটি, ব্যাঙ, ইঁদুর, ছোট পাখি শিকার করে খায়। এরা পরিযায়নের সময় উড়ন্ত অবস্থায় মাছ ধরে খায়।
