Description : এরা গাঢ় বাদামী রঙের পাখি। এর ডানা ও লেজ রয়েছে। এর নাক চিকন। এদের একটি ছোট ও কালো, সামান্য বাঁকা ঠোঁট রয়েছে। পুরুষদের চোখের নিচে লাল ফোঁটাযুক্ত পালক থাকে। স্ত্রী এবং অপ্রাপ্তবয়স্কদের মধ্যে ফোঁটা থাকে না। তারা পিঁপড়ার বাসাগুলিতে ঘুড়ে এবং পোকামাকড়, ফলের রস খায়। তাদের একটি নিজস্ব ডাক আছে। তারা পিঁপড়ার বাসার মধ্যে তাদের বাসা তৈরি করে। বাবা-মা উভয়েই বাচ্চাদের ইনকিউবেশন এবং খাওয়ানোতে অংশ নেয়। এগুলি বিস্তৃত আবাসস্থলে পাওয়া যায়। ফেব্রুয়ারি থেকে জুন পর্যন্ত প্রজনন ঋতু থাকে।
