Description : Diard's Blind Snake is a small species, usually growing to a length of about 10-15 cm (4-6 inches) on average.

It has a slender, cylindrical body, with smooth, shiny scales that are arranged in rows. The body color is usually brown or black, with a lighter underbelly. As the name suggests, Diard's Blind Snake has very small eyes that are almost invisible, as they are covered by a layer of skin.
This species is found in a wide range of habitats, including forests, grasslands, and agricultural land. They are usually found underground or under debris on the ground. Diard's Blind Snake feeds on small insects, termites, and other invertebrates that it finds in the soil.
This species is nocturnal and spends most of its time burrowing in the ground. It is non-venomous and harmless to humans.
Diard's Blind Snake is oviparous, meaning it lays eggs. Females can lay 1-3 eggs at a time, which hatch after a few months.
