Description : Adult Eurasian wild boars can reach a height of up to 1.5 meters (4.9 feet) and a length of up to 2 meters (6.6 feet). They can weigh up to 300 kilograms (660 pounds).

They have a stocky, muscular build with short legs and a large head. Their fur is usually dark brown or black and has a thick undercoat.

Both male and female Eurasian wild boars have tusks, but those of males are generally longer and thicker. These tusks can grow up to 25 centimeters (10 inches) long and are used for defense, foraging, and fighting.

Eurasian wild boars are omnivorous and feed on a variety of foods, including roots, nuts, berries, insects, and small animals.

They are native to Europe and Asia but have been introduced to other parts of the world. They typically live in forests and woodlands but can also be found in grasslands and swamps.

Eurasian wild boars are social animals and live in groups called sounders. Males are generally solitary but may join a sounder during mating season. They are known for their intelligence and adaptability, making them successful in many different environments.

Female Eurasian wild boars can reproduce at the age of one and a half years, and they have an average gestation period of four months. Litters usually consist of 4-6 piglets.
