Description : খয়রাপাখ মাছরাঙ্গা একটি গভীর লাল বাদামিযুক্ত এবং এক চওড়া লাল চঞ্চুযুক্ত পাখি।এটির একটি বাদামী-কমলা রঙের মাথা এবং ঘাড়,লাল চঞ্চু,বাদামী আইরিস,লালচে পা এবং চরণযুগল উপস্থিত রয়েছে।উভয় লিঙ্গ দেখতে একই রকম এবং কিশোরদের আরও কমলা শরীর থাকে।
