Description : ধলাঘাড় মাছরাঙ্গা পাখির উপর অংশে নীল থেকে সবুজ পর্যন্ত পরিবর্তিত হয় যেখানে তার নীচের অংশ সাদাটে বা বাফ হতে পারে।ঘাড়ের চারপাশে একটি সাদা কলার রয়েছে।বড় চঞ্চুটি ফ্যাকাশে হলুদ রঙের ভিত্তিতে কালো রঙের হয়ে থাকে।মহিলারা পুরুষদের চেয়ে সবুজ দেখায়Iঅপরিণত পাখিদের ঘাড় এবং স্তনে গাড় আঁশযুক্ত চিহ্ন থাকে এবং প্রাপ্তবয়স্কদের তুলনায় এদের ফ্যাঁকাসে দেখায়।
