Description : কালা বগলা/ কালো বক খুবই লাজুক কালো রঙের পাখি।(পূর্ণ বয়স্ক পাখির দৈর্ঘ্য প্রায় ৫৮সেমি., ডানা ২০.৩ সেমি. পর্যন্ত হতে পারে)পুরুষ ও স্ত্রী পাখির ঠোঁট ধারালো হলুদ বর্ণের, ঠোঁটের শীর্ষ লালচে- হলুদ। মুখের ত্বক বেগুনি, পা গাঢ় বাদামি। এরা মাছ, উভচর, অমেরুদণ্ডী প্রাণী খেয়ে থাকে। এদের প্রজননকাল জুন-সেপ্টেম্বর।
