Description : Upperside orange with black veins and black spots. Forewing has a thin dark area close to the margin. Hindwing has a broader dark area close to the posterior margin with white spots. Underside is similar. Forewing on the underside has a broad dark margin with big white spots. Hindwing is mostly orange with a thin dark margin that diffuses into a white-orange area. Body is black with white spots. Female is of a paler orange.
