Description : দাগি মাকড়মার একটি ছোট ,প্রচুর দাগযুক্ত জলপাই রঙের অতিথি পাখি যার লম্বা ঠোট রয়েছে।এরা লম্বায় প্রায় ১৯ সেমি, ওজনে ২৯গ্রাম,পাখা ৮.৫ সেমি,ঠোট ৪.৪ সেমি,টারসাস ২সেমি,লেজ ৪.৬ সেমি।এর পিঠের দিক দৃশ্যমান গাঢ় দাগযুক্ত উজ্জল জলপাই রঙের।এর ফোলা পালক দিয়ে বর্ধিত ছোট লেজ যার কালচে প্রান্তিক পাড় রয়েছে।অঙ্কিয়দিক দৃশ্যমান কালো দাগযুক্ত অস্বচ্ছ সাদা,হলুদাভ পায়ু দেখা যায়।এর একটি লম্বা নিচের দিকে বাঁকানো কালচে বাদামি ঠোট রয়েছে।স্ত্রী ও পুরুষ পাখি দেখতে একই রকম।এরা জংলী কলা ও ফুলের গাছে খবার খোঁজে, মধু ও পোকা খেয়ে থাকে।এরা মার্চ-জুলাই মাসে প্রজনন করে,কলা বা প্রশস্ত পাতাযুক্ত গাছে বাসা বাঁধে ।
