Habitat : কর্দমযুক্ত স্তর,ঝোলা জল,মহনা,লেগুনস,ম্যানগ্রোভ জলাভূমি।
Description : এ জাতীয় ডাহুক মাছের বৈশিষ্ট্যসূচক বড় শরীরের উপরিভাগে জলপাই-সবুজ বা মরিচা-বাদামী রঙ ও নিম্মভাগে ফ্যাঁকাসে বরণ দেখা যায়।প্রথম পৃষ্ঠীয় পাখনা ধূসর এবং দ্বিতীয়টি বাদামী রঙের হয়ে থাকে।পুচ্ছ পাখনার উপরিভাগে গাড় বাদামী ও নিম্মভাগে সাদাটে হয়।
