Description : এরা ছোট, নাটাই আকৃতির মাছ। দেহের তুলনায় এদের মাথা ছোট ও চোখ বড়। এদের উপরের পাখনা দের উপরের পাখনা অবিচ্ছিন্ন গোলাকার ও লেজ তীক্ষ্ন। এরা মূলত রূপালী বর্ণের হলেও এদের পাখনার রং ফ্যাঁকাশে সবুজ।
