Description : দেশিচাদি ঠোঁটি একটি হালকা বাদামি বর্ণের লম্বা, কালো সুচালো লেজ বিশিষ্ট পাখি।এরা লম্বায় প্রায় ১০ সেমি,ওজনে ১২ গ্রাম,পাখা ৫.৫ সেমি,ঠোট১ সেমি,টারসাস ১.৪ সেমি,লেজ ৪.৭ সেমি।এর মেটে বাদামি পিঠ,সাদা কোমর,কালো পাখার ওপরের অংশ ও সুচালো কালো লেজ রয়েছে।এদের মুখ সাদা,লালচে আভাযুক্ত পেটের দুইপাশ এবং অস্বচ্ছ সাদা পেট রয়েছে।এদের চকচকে ধূসর কালো বা ধূসর নীল ত্রিকোণাকার ঠোট,বাদামি কালো চোখের পাতা,ধূসর গোলাপি বা ফ্যাকাশে বাদামি পা,পায়ের পাতা ও নখর রয়েছে।এরা বীজ ও ছোট পোকা-মাকড় খেয়ে থাকে।এরা জুলাই-ডিসেম্বর মাসে প্রজনন করে। মাটি থেকে ২-৩ মি ওপরে কাটাযুক্ত ঝোপে বাসা তৈরি করে।
