Description : গোলাপি তুলিকা একটি ছোট ,মসৃণ ,সবুজাভ বাদামি রেখাঙ্কিত ,স্থলভাগের পাখি যার বাদামি পাখা রয়েছে।এটা লম্বায় প্রায় ১৫ সেমি,ওজনে ২০ গ্রাম,পাখা ৮.৭ সেমি,ঠোট ১.৬ সেমি,টারসাস ২.৩ সেমি,লেজ ৬ সেমি।প্রজনন মৌসুমে এদের পিঠ কালচে রেখাঙ্কিত ধূসর বাদামি,পাখার মাঝ বরাবর জলপাই রঙের দাগ ও পাখার শেষপ্রান্তে অস্বচ্ছ সাদা দাগ এবং সাদা পাড়যুক্ত বাদামি লেজ দেখা যায়।এর লক্ষনীয় হালকা গোলাপি ভ্রু,প্রশস্ত কালো চোখের দাগ ও গোঁফের দাগ ও চোখের চারপাশে সাদা গোলাকার দাগ দেখা যায়।এর গলা,বুকে,পেটের ওপরের অংশে সুন্দর গোলাপি ছটা দেখা যায়।পেটের নিচের অংশ সাদা,বুক ও পেটের দুইপাশে অনিয়মিত কালো রেখাঙ্কিত।এরা হিমালয়ে মে-সেপ্টেম্বর মাসে প্রজনন করে।এরা মাটি বা ঝোপঝাড় থেকে পোকা-মাকড়,বীজ, আঙ্গুর জাতীয় ফল খেয়ে থাকে।
