Description : কালিবাউস মাছ লম্বাটে শরীরের অধিকারী। এদের এক জোড়া বারবেল থাকে। এদের ঠোঁট পুরু এবং ঝালর বিশিষ্ট হয়। এদের শরীর উপরের দিকে কালো থেকে ধূসর আর নিচের দিকে রং হালকা থাকে। এদের কিছু আঁশের কালো দাগ আছে। এদের পার্শ্বদেশের মাঝে থাকা আঁশে একটি করে লাল চিহ্ন আছে। এই মাছের মাথার অঙ্কীয় পাশ হলদেটে হয় কিছুটা। এদের পুচ্ছ পাখনা তীক্ষ্ণ হয়ে থাকে।
