Description : Upperside mostly brown. Forewing has a proximal dark brown area, which continues distally into a black area, a pale brown area and an orange-brown area, the latter two separated by a black spot. Forewing has three small white spots. Hindwing has a similar pattern to the forewing, but has thick white hairs around the veins, highly prominent on the posterior part of the hindwing. Underside overall similar to the upperside, but the hindwing is almost entirely white with a black spot.
