Description : লালঘাড় শাহিন চেস্টনাট মাথার সাথে একটি মার্জিত নীল-ধূসর রঙের বর্ণ দেখা যায়।পুরুষের চেয়ে স্ত্রীরা বড় হয়ে থাকে। প্রাপ্তবয়স্কটি উপরের থেকে ফ্যাঁকাসে নীলাভ-ধূসর দেখায় তবে নীচে থেকে সূক্ষ্ম কালো রঙ এর সাথে সাদাটে বর্ণের দেখায়।এদের ধূসর লেজ,বাদামী সহ অর্ধেক সবুজাভ-হলুদ চঞ্চু,বাদামী আইরিস,পা এবং চরণযুগল রয়েছে।এদের উভয় লিঙ্গ একই রকম দেখায়।
