Description : এরা ছোট পাখি, যার দৈর্ঘ্য প্রায় ১৩ সেন্টিমিটার। নীল-কালো শরীরের উপরের অংশ এবং সাদা তলপেট থাকে। এই প্রজাতির পাখি সাধারণত মানুষের বসতির কাছাকাছি পাওয়া যায়, ভবন এবং অন্যান্য কাঠামোর দেয়ালে তাদের বাসা তৈরি করে। বাসাটি কাদা থেকে তৈরি, উপরে একটি ছোট প্রবেশপথ থাকে। এরা নির্দিষ্ট স্থানে বংশবৃদ্ধি করে। সাধারণত প্রতি বারে ২-৪টি ডিম পাড়ে।
তাদের একটি উচ্চ-পিচ টুইটারিং কল রয়েছে। তারা মাছি, মথ এর মতো বিভিন্ন উড়ন্ত পোকামাকড়কে খায়। তারা মাকড়সা এবং অন্যান্য ছোট অমেরুদণ্ডী প্রাণীদেরও শিকার করে।
