Description : কালা বাটা মাছের দেহ লম্বাটে ও মাথার পৃষ্ঠদেশ সমতল হয়। এদের উপরের পৃষ্ঠ হালকা ধূসর ও নীচের পৃষ্ঠ রূপালী বর্ণের। উপরের পাখনার ও লেজের রং হলদে ধূসর। এদের নদী বা জলাশয়ে পাওয়া যায়।
