Description : বাসন্তী লাটকান্তিয়া একটি লাল রঙের চঞ্চু এবং লেজযুক্ত ছোট্ট সবুজ তোতা যার কিছু অংশ ব্যতীত একে সম্পূর্ণ সবুজ দেখায়।এদের লালচে-কমলা চঞ্চু,বাদামী-বাফ আইরিস এবং ফ্যাঁকাসে কমলা চরণযুগল রয়েছে। গলার প্যাচ দ্বারা স্ত্রীটিকে তার পুরুষ থেকে আলাদা করা যায়। এরা ফল, বীজ, কুঁড়ি এবং ফুলের প্রাপ্যতা অনুযায়ী বাসস্থান নির্বাচন করে। তারা প্রায়শই ফলের জন্য বটগাছ এবং ফুল থেকে মধুর জন্য কলাগাছ এর কাছাকাছি থাকে।
