Description : খয়রা হাড়িচাঁচা একটি লম্বা লেজযুক্ত বাদামী ধূসর পাখি যাদের উপরের থেকে বাদামী এবং নীচে থেকে হালকা রঙ দেখায়। এর একটি গাড় ধুসর মাথা,কমলা-বাদামী থেকে লালচে বাদামী চোখের মণি ,বলিষ্ঠ ধূসর মোটা চঞ্চু ও চিকন পা রয়েছে। উভয় লিঙ্গ একই রকম দেখতে। এই প্রজাতিটি সাধারণত খোলা ছোট গাছের অঞ্চল, কৃষি এলাকা, বন এবং শহুরে বাগান সহ বিভিন্ন আবাসস্থলে পাওয়া যায়। এরা প্রধানত গাছে বাস করে। এরা সর্বভুক পাখি যা ফল, অমৃত, বীজ, অমেরুদণ্ডী প্রাণী, ছোট সরীসৃপ এবং পাখির ডিম এবং বাচ্চাদের খায়। এরা মৃতদেহ থেকে মাংস খায়। এপ্রিল ও মে মাসে এদের প্রজনন মৌসুম হয়। এরা গাছ বা ঝোপে বাসা তৈরি করে এবং ৩-৫ টি ডিম পাড়ে।
